As a corporate professional turned juggling-all-things-mom, I know firsthand the joys and challenges of navigating new motherhood. That's why I founded Cosmic Motherhood, a community that provides resources, support, and inspiration for moms everywhere.

 

Combining my 20+ years of experience in health and wellness with my passion for mindful parenting, design, and delicious food, I'm excited to share my knowledge and create a warm, welcoming environment for you and your little one in person and online. My services include new mom groups in the Lamorinda, CA area, virtual workshops, floral arts, and gentle embodiment coaching. 

I believe that motherhood is a dynamic and sacred journey that should be celebrated and deeply supported.
